My Story

My name is Karen Milne I am married with 3 adult sons and 6 grandchildren and live in Ordie, Dinnet, Aberdeenshire. Our property is in the Cairngorm National Park and we are surrounded by the beautiful Scottish countryside, which provides me peace to practice my therapies.

I come from a family of healers. These practices are a core part of my being, but I tended to use my gifts to help family and friends.

Around 10 years ago I started my online studying doing various courses in reiki, angel therapy, angel and tarot card reading, chakra and, energy healing in my spare time.

When 8 years ago my husband became ill I noticed my urge to help with healing got stronger. My hands would get burning hot when someone was around me who required healing of some sort and my intuitive senses were heightened.  

I wanted to gain formal accreditation to practice and help heal and support people. I wanted to open up a practice to help and support people, doing what I love.  

I started gaining more skills, experience and formal qualifications to have a variety of ‘tools’ in my toolbox to help mend/heal or repair what is broken or to help clients get out of their own way.

I worked via a Facebook page offering tarot readings/coaching with tarot and chakra healing and the 3 H’s Healing Hub began in earnest.  I have always been particularly interested in hypnotherapy and NLP where I could would with clients' unconscious minds to bring about real change for people without the need for them to ‘re-live' trauma or hurt.

To me, it is vital that these types of therapy should be affordable to everyone.  I take time to establish a good rapport with clients so I can establish what they need and then work with them using the right tool, whether it be healing, hypnotherapy, NLP, life coaching or tarot or a combination of one or more treatments to help mend/heal or to help them get out of their own way and feel calmer and happier as they move forward.
