We get so busy caught up in the stresses of day to day life that we forget to look after ourselves and our own well-being. It is important that this kind of therapy is available to all, delivered in a way which works for the client and at an affordable price. I believe in working with you to to find the right method and way of helping you solve your issue.

An initial relaxation session will help to work out what issues you wish to tackle and the best therapy to do this.

How long are the Sessions?

Each therapy offered takes a different amount of time, but are usually one hour. 

 

How much do they cost?

 

Costs are affordable but vary depending up the type of therapy and the issue needing resolved, Karen will discuss this with you to ensure you are using the right method for you. 

 

How are they offered?

We can do sessions using whichever method suits you best.

Sessions are offered online, over teams, Zoom, Video call, FBK, What'sApp and Messenger. In person sessions are also offered at the therapy room in Ordie Aberdeenshire.

Group Hypnotherapy Sessions

I offer group sessions live via Teams (online) once a fortnight depending on demand.

​

Each individual session is £15.00 and lasts for 40mins to 1 hour. Discounted price available for block bookings (i.e 6 sessions £60).  All done in the comfort of your own home.

A programme of sessions will be advertised on Facebook with dates and content at the beginning of each quarter.

​

These sessions are deeply relaxing, restorative and rejuvenating and really help individuals to take that all-important time out for themselves.

​

Come along and switch off, unwind and breath!  This is a great time out with wonderful sessions that also include self-healing techniques.

Tarot Sessions

30 minute and 60 minute readings are on offer.  These are delivered online over Teams, ZOOM, Video Call, Facebook, Whats Up and Messenger.  Readings can also be given in person at the 3 H’s Hub in Ordie Aberdeenshire.

Tarot party sessions

A fun way to use this is a Tarot party. A session with a minimum of 5 of your friends where Karen will pull the cards for you and answer some of your questions.
